They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing budgets, directing marketing strategies, and maintaining property safety and compliance, all while leading a team across various departments like front desk, housekeeping, and food service.
Daily Operations
- Oversee the smooth functioning of all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
- Conduct property walk-throughs to inspect room quality, cleanliness, and public areas.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for maintenance, renovations, and supplies.
Staff Management
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff.
- Create work schedules, organize shifts, and ensure adequate department coverage.
- Set performance standards, evaluate employee progress, and foster a positive, motivated work environment.
Guest Relations
- Serve as the first point of escalation for complex guest complaints, requests, and emergencies.
- Monitor online reviews and social media to manage the hotel's reputation and actively respond to customer feedback.
- Implement service recovery programs to ensure 100% guest satisfaction throughout the property.
Financial & Revenue Management
- Manage operating budgets, track daily revenues, and monitor all operational expenses.
- Analyze sales figures and market trends to define room pricing and distribution strategies.
- Set sales targets and work alongside ownership or corporate structures to maximize profitability.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure the hotel complies with all local licensing laws, health codes, and fire regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response procedures and security systems.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
