Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with 4–5 years of experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing clients, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to increase business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Qualifications

Experience

- Experience in residential or commercial property sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Pay: ₹40,000.09 - ₹50,000.78 per month
