Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and related products.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and billing team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain showroom displays, product samples, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
