Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Digital Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, acquiring new clients, and promoting our digital marketing, software development, website development, mobile application development, ERP/CRM solutions, and IT training services.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Google, social media, email marketing, referrals, and cold calling.
- Identify potential clients requiring digital marketing, website development, mobile apps, ERP/CRM, and software solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, online demos, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers.
Training Course Sales
- Counsel students regarding Digital Marketing, Web Development, UI/UX Design, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, AI, and other training programs.
- Convert walk-in, website, social media, and inquiry leads into admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
Digital Outreach
- Use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email Marketing, and Social Media for lead generation.
- Maintain lead databases and daily activity reports.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, networking events, and placement drives.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and IT Services.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, Education Counselling, or B2B Sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
