Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback, preferences, and pain points to identify opportunities for growth and
improvement
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and
drive business outcomes
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and product
development
- Lead complaint resolution efforts, ensuring timely and effective solutions that exceed expectations
- Stay ahead of the curve with regular factory visits, training sessions, and industry events - Manage
digital assets, including product images and marketing materials, using Dropbox
