We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our Project & Development team. The candidate will assist in planning, supervising, and executing residential and infrastructure construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor work progress as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, surveyors, and site supervisors.
- Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are followed.
- Verify measurements and maintain site records.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and submit project updates.
- Monitor material consumption and coordinate material requirements.
- Assist in project planning, execution, and timely completion.
- Identify construction issues and coordinate with senior engineers for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and engineering practices.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of RCC, finishing works, and construction processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel between project sites if required.

- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and site execution.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Time management and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
