We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Manager cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, administrative capabilities, and hands-on experience in financial record maintenance, banking coordination, and staff administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining proper records and documentation
- Maintaining Cash Book & Bank Book
- Maintaining and reconciling Bank Statements
- Recording Purchase Bills and related entries
- Maintaining and recording Expense Vouchers
- Coordinating with banks for statements, FD-related matters, and banking formalities
- Coordinating with Auditor for financial and statutory requirements
- Preparing and maintaining Yearly Balance Sheet and related financial reports
- Managing Security and Housekeeping Staffs
- Recruiting staffs for Housekeeping & Security departments
- Supervising attendance, discipline, and daily staff coordination
- Ensuring smooth administrative and operational activities
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting procedures
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
