We are hiring Battery Technician for a Renowned Lithium-ion Battery Manufacturing company.
Age- Upto 35 years
Education- ITI/Diploma
Location- Mahadevapura, Bangalore
Experience- Minimum 2 Years
Work Type - Contractual under company Payroll
Salary-upto 35k Take Home (Depends on current ctc & Take home)
Preferred background- Does Batter Testing and have knowledge or in-hand experience on Battery Assembling.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assemble and build lithium-ion battery packs according to design and safety standards.
- Perform electrical connections, including welding, soldering, crimping, and harness routing.
- Apply series–parallel cell configurations for required voltage and current levels.
- Install and integrate components such as BMS, busbars, fuses, thermistors, and enclosures.
- Conduct basic testing, including continuity, insulation, and voltage checks.
- Troubleshoot wiring, connection, and cell balancing issues.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in battery pack or electrical assembly.
- Strong knowledge of series–parallel configuration and electrical safety practices.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow standard assembly procedures.
- Proficiency with battery assembly tools (spot welder, multimeter, torque tools, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
