Job Summary
We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive who will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hotel operations, front office, or guest relations within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests professionally and create a positive first impression.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations efficiently.
- Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure guest requirements are fulfilled.
- Monitor guest feedback and work towards improving guest satisfaction scores.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Assist in resolving service-related issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and hospitality standards.
- Conduct guest follow-ups during and after their stay when required.
- Support occupancy management and room readiness coordination.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate operational updates to management.
- Handle cash collected at the property.
Qualifications & Experience:
- SSLC / PUC with Diploma, or certification in Hospitality Management (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hotel Operations.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, internal teams, and vendors.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in hotels, serviced apartments, co-living spaces, or hospitality accommodations preferred.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and calmly.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS software is an advantage.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
