Experience: 2–5 Years
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Executive to monitor processes, ensure quality standards, and support operational improvements through analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate process quality and performance
- Conduct audits and review customer interactions/data
- Identify errors, gaps, and improvement areas
- Prepare daily/weekly quality reports
- Ensure compliance with company standards
- Coordinate with teams for corrective actions and improvements
Requirements
- 2–5 years of QA/quality or process experience
- Strong analytical and observation skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
