## Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Sales Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate and convert sales opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth.
## Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
* Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
* Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
## Requirements
* Minimum Graduation from a recognized institution.
* At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
* Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
