We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who enjoys building complete solutions, clean UI on the frontend and robust, scalable logic on the backend.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Frontend Responsibilities
- Build robust and scalable REST APIs using Node.js or Nest.js.
- Build modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and Next.js
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, reusable UI components
- Translate wireframes into clean, maintainable, and modular code
- Ensure high performance across browsers, devices, and screen sizes
- Manage application state using Redux or other state management tools
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs
- Optimize frontend performance and handle rendering issues
- Follow best practices for accessibility, code structure, and maintainability
- Use Git & GitHub for version control and collaborative development
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers
- Backend Responsibilities
- Build robust and scalable REST APIs using Node.js or NestJS
- Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)
- Handle session management and secure user data
- Test and debug APIs using Postman
- Create and maintain clear API documentation using Swagger
- Apply backend best practices: clean code, error handling, logging, and security
- Implement rate limiting, caching, pagination, and input validation
- Optimize backend systems for performance and scalability
- Write and maintain TDD documents, technical flow diagrams, and database schemas
- Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure smooth API integration
- Participate in code reviews and support team knowledge sharing
We’d Click Instantly If You Have:
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, or NestJS
- Strong command of JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus)
- Experience with MongoDB and backend data modeling
- Experience integrating and testing APIs using Postman
- Knowledge of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth)
- Understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Familiarity with Git, branching, and collaborative workflows
- Ability to own tasks end-to-end and deliver quality output
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Experience working with environment variables (.env)
You’ll Shine Even Brighter If You:
- Have experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies
- Have worked with Redux and modern frontend toolchains
- Have experience with Three.js, Framer Motion, or GSAP
- Know Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
- Have containerized applications using Docker
- Are familiar with cloud deployment (AWS)
- Have written unit tests using Jest, Mocha, or Supertest
- Understand microservices or real-time architectures
- Have experience building APIs using Next.js
