Role description
- 15+ years in software development + technical project/program management.
- Significant hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js, or equivalent) and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
- Strong backend engineering background in Java based systems, Node.js, or other server side technologies
- Solid understanding of architecture for distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud tooling, and infrastructure automation.
- Ability to comprehend code-level details, review solutions, and guide engineers toward optimal design choices.
- Proven experience leading Agile teams in complex digital programs.
- Expertise in planning, estimation, risk management, governance, and multi-team coordination.
- Strong understanding of solution design, engineering workflows, and SDLC best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and mentor engineering teams.
