Role Overview
As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion in and around Ahmedabad. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering and corporate sales, identifying project requirements early in the planning phase and consulting with key stakeholders to pitch, design, and close hydraulic parking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation Map and target key decision-makers: Architects, Parking Consultants, Builders, and Real Estate Developers in the Ahmedabad region. Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects at the drawing/planning stage to propose automated parking integrations. Conduct regular field visits, cold calls, and networking meetings to build a robust project pipeline.
2. Technical Consulting & Estimation * Understand client site requirements, spatial constraints, and vehicle capacity needs. * Collaborate with the technical team to suggest the right hydraulic parking models (e.g., stack parkers, puzzle parking, pit-type systems). * Explain technical specifications, structural requirements, and power consumption details clearly to architects and structural engineers. Sales Closure & Account Management * Prepare and present detailed commercial proposals, techno-commercial comparisons, and quotations. * Lead negotiations regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and installation terms to close deals. * Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing builders and consultants to secure repeat business and referrals.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education & Experience Education: Graduate in Technical / Non Technical Field with Field Sales Experience Minimum 3 ~ 4 Years specially in B2B sales.
Preferred Industry Background: Elevators/Escalators, HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), Construction Material/Equipment, Pre-engineered Buildings (PEB), or Automated Parking Systems. Skills & Competencies Technical Aptitude: Ability to read basic architectural blueprints, site layouts, and structural drawings.
Communication: Strong command over **Gujarati and Hindi** is essential for local market penetration; professional English is preferred for corporate presentations. Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily local field travel. Negotiation: Excellent presentation, persuasion, and commercial negotiation skills.
