Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed Admissions Associate to support our international admissions operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in application processing, document review, and admissions administration, preferably within international education or student recruitment.
This role requires a mature professional who can independently manage student applications, review academic documents, ensure data accuracy, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain high standards of quality throughout the admissions process. A basic understanding of international curricula (CBSE, ISC, A Levels, IB, American Curriculum, etc.) and international university admission requirements will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Review student applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with university requirements.
- Verify academic records, transcripts, certificates, passports, and other admission-related documentation.
- Assist with preparation and submission of applications to partner universities.
- Track application progress and maintain accurate records throughout the admissions lifecycle.
- Update and manage student information within internal systems, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms.
- Coordinate with counselors, admissions managers, and partner universities to resolve documentation and application-related queries.
- Monitor application deadlines and ensure timely submission of student files.
- Generate reports related to application status, admission outcomes, pending documents, and student follow-ups.
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure confidentiality of student information.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and application accuracy.
- Perform additional administrative and admissions-related duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in admissions administration, application processing, document review, or a related operational role.
- Demonstrated experience handling student applications and reviewing academic and supporting documents.
- Basic understanding of international education systems and curricula, including CBSE, ISC, IB, A Levels, American Curriculum, and equivalent qualifications.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and related productivity tools.
- Experience using CRM systems, databases, or student management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documents and applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Mature, responsible, and committed professional with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential student information.
