Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller to manage incoming calls, assist patients and visitors, and connect calls to the appropriate hospital departments. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and attend incoming calls professionally.
- Transfer calls to the concerned departments.
- Provide basic information regarding hospital services and departments.
- Assist patients and visitors with their queries.
- Maintain proper call records when required.
- Ensure courteous and efficient communication at all times.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
- Pleasant telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
