Position: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (EA to MD)Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, meetings, and strategic priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and business correspondence.
- Follow up with departments on key action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests.
- Organize and coordinate business meetings, conferences, and events.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and business information.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, government authorities, and business associates as required.
- Support the MD in strategic projects and special assignments.
- Ensure smooth communication between the MD's office and various departments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with promoters, directors, or C-level executives.
- Exposure to manufacturing, mining, export, or industrial sectors will be an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple business functions and stakeholders.
