Key Responsibilities
· Generate leads through login data, references, digital platforms.
· Identify customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and referral partners.
· Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment options.
· Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
· Coordinate with the operations and credit teams to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
· Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM/MIS.
· Follow up with customers throughout the loan process until disbursement.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.
· Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
· Good convincing and presentation skills.
· Basic knowledge of loan products and banking processes is preferred.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
Eligibility
· Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
· Candidates with 6 Months-2 Years of experience in Loan Sales, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
· Experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, or Credit Card Sales will be an added advantage.
