The Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Associate who thrives in a dynamic, mobile environment. This is a where you will spend the majority of your time building networks across the city. Office attendance is primarily required for strategic reporting and performance reviews.
Core Responsibilities
Institutional Outreach: Conduct daily visits to schools, colleges, and coaching centers to establish strategic partnerships.
Strategic Tie-ups: Pitch to and collaborate with key decision-makers (Principals/Directors) to formalize MoUs.
Lead Generation : Organically drive student inquiries through seminars, help-desks, and direct networking.
Channel Management: Build and maintain a robust network of local consultants and education influencers.
Market Analysis : Track local education trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Who Should Apply?
Experience: 1–2 years in Sales, BD, or Education Marketing.
Mindset: Proactive, "street-smart," and comfortable with daily city travel.
Communication: Articulate and persuasive in both English and Hindi.
Execution: Highly organized with a strong focus on follow-up ratios and closing loops.
Independence: Disciplined to manage a field schedule and meet reporting deadlines.
