Cultivating strong relationships with new distributors,while maintaining existing distributor relationships.
Conducting Training/Technical Meetings and helping distributors through the appropriate trainings.
Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations.
Coordination with staff across all departments to resolve any queries
Coordination with IT team for Upload/updation of the training schedule on website
Audit related to Franchises
Making Stock Statement and sales forecast Report
Collecting market feedbacks
Assisting with the preparation of presentations and providing feedback to management.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Problem solving skills with ability to handle large crowds
Ability to handle pressure situations and enthusiasm to engage effectively
Technical/Functional Competencies:
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Should be well versed with MS Office suite
Fluency in – Kannada, Tamil , Malayalam & English is a Must
Experience in direct selling
Should be willing to travel 10-15 days in a month
