Job Description: Admission Counselor
Location: Oxford Software Institute, Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi
Salary: 18000 - 26000 (per month) + Incentives
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students, handle admissions inquiries, and drive enrollments for our career-oriented courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and admission processes.
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, online inquiries, and follow-ups effectively.
- Convert leads into admissions through strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Maintain accurate records of CRM and follow up as per need
- Meet monthly admission and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Graduate in any discipline; experience in admissions, counseling, or sales is preferred.
- Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM/software for lead management.
