Royal Enfield PGS Motors is seeking an experienced Senior Workshop Supervisor to oversee workshop operations, ensure quality service, manage technicians, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily workshop operations and technician productivity.
Ensure timely delivery of service and repair jobs.
Monitor job quality and adherence to Royal Enfield service standards.
Allocate work efficiently among technicians.
Support Service Advisors in handling customer concerns and escalations.
Monitor workshop discipline, safety, and housekeeping.
Track workshop performance, productivity, and efficiency targets.
Train and mentor technicians to improve skills and performance.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop resources.
Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred.
Minimum 2 years of workshop experience, including supervisory responsibilities in automobile.
Strong technical knowledge of motorcycles and workshop processes.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to handle customer escalations and workshop planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹180,000.00 per year
