Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms
- Counsel students on courses, career opportunities, and skill development programs
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients
- Support admission procedures, onboarding, and CRM updates
Eligibility & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Sales, Business Development, or Ed-Tech industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities
- Target-driven with good problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Candidates with only Study Abroad counseling experience will not be considered
