- Supervise daily construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure work completion as per project schedule and milestones.
- Monitor labor productivity and site progress.
- Ensure all civil and finishing works meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and rectify defects immediately.
- Maintain quality checklists and records.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and PPE usage on site.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and report hazards.
- Maintain accident-free work environment.
- Allocate daily work to contractors, supervisors, and labor teams.
- Monitor attendance and workforce discipline.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth execution.
- Monitor material consumption and prevent wastage.
- Coordinate timely material requisitions and deliveries.
- Ensure proper utilization of tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Resolve site issues and escalate critical matters promptly.
- Attend site meetings and provide project updates.
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR).
- Record site activities, labor deployment, and material usage.
- Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management.
- Track work progress against planned schedules.
- Identify delays and implement corrective actions.
- Support timely project completion and handover
