About the Role
We are a B2B interior solutions brand working with multiple interior designers, architects, and partner brands. We are looking for an Interior Project Manager who can efficiently manage multiple projects across sites by coordinating with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Taking care of the entire sales cycle up to payment collection. Planning new business strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Primarily handling Architects, Interior Designers for Project Sales and Post-sales service. Creating & Maintaining client database.
- Perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of the product, solution, and service offerings. Enhancing up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
- Maintaining confidential documents with regard to projects.
- The candidate should have experience in dealing directly with Architects, Interior designers and not dealers or channel networks.
- Manage multiple interior projects simultaneously across different sites
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, partner brands, and clients
- Lead and guide site teams, supervisors, and execution staff
- Ensure on-time delivery with high-quality execution as per design specifications
- Monitor site progress, conduct regular site visits, and resolve execution challenges
- Handle vendor coordination, material planning, and procurement timelines
- Maintain strong client and partner communication with regular updates
- Ensure proper project tracking, billing, and documentation
- Align execution with factory production and installation schedules
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in interior project management
- Proven ability to handle multiple sites and teams simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of site execution, modular interiors, and production coordination
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Basic understanding of 2D/3D drawings and execution details
Preferred Profile
- Experience working with multiple brands / design partners
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills on-site

About The company
- We import our product from Kent, London.
- We are only into B2B & Project Sales, No Channel, Dealers & Distributors Sales at all.
- We are only into commercial projects, no residential projects. If residential then only top 3 of the particular city.
- We service Hospitality, Hotels, IT, Pharmaceutical, Banking & Corporate.
- We have our own installation team on our payroll who travel PAN India for installation work We get our product specified through Architects, Interior Designers & PMC Consultants (Project Management Consultants)
- We are looking for someone with similar experience and who has dealt with Architects, Designers etc.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
