- Monitor and ensure quality compliance for all civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
- Conduct inspections of ongoing construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and quality checklists.
- Ensure proper testing of construction materials such as concrete, steel, bricks, blocks, sand, aggregates, waterproofing materials, etc.
- Identify quality defects, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and site engineers to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, test reports, and quality records.
- Verify work before billing and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
- Conduct regular site audits and quality inspections.
- Monitor finishing works including plaster, flooring, painting, waterproofing, tiling, doors, windows, and false ceilings.
- Ensure work is executed according to IS Codes, safety standards, and company quality procedures.
- Participate in client, consultant, and statutory inspections.
- Provide quality awareness and guidance to the site execution team
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
