Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Frontend Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies. The candidate will be responsible for developing responsive user interfaces, optimizing application performance, and collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
- Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior frontend developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
- Proficiency in Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or similar.
- Knowledge of frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a product-based company.
- Knowledge of Next.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Understanding of web security best practices.
- Experience with performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, and SEO-friendly frontend development.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
