About the Role
Standard Group India is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and professional Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD and assist in basic HR-related activities. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistance
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel plans.
- Draft emails, letters, reports, and presentations as required by the MD.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely retrieval of information.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Administrative & Office Coordination
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the MD’s office.
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support in coordination of internal meetings and events.
Basic HR Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding processes such as preparing offer letters, joining kits, and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Coordinate attendance, leaves, and basic HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate data).
- Support HR in organizing trainings, employee engagement activities, and internal communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in administration or HR is an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions such as documentation, onboarding, and attendance tracking.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information maturely.
- Professional attitude, discipline, and willingness to take initiative.
