Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our e-commerce operations team. The role involves handling day-to-day warehouse activities such as picking, packing, inventory management, and dispatch operations to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing of e-commerce orders as per company standards
- Handling returns, replacements, and conducting quality checks
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and proper stock organization
- Labeling, scanning, and dispatching shipments
- Ensuring timely order processing and meeting daily targets
- Following warehouse safety guidelines and operational procedures
- Assisting in stock audits and cycle counts
- Coordinating with supervisors and team members for smooth workflow
Eligibility Criteria
- 0 to 2 years of experience in warehouse or e-commerce operations
- Freshers with willingness to learn are welcome
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes (picking, packing, scanning)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse tasks
- Basic communication skills (Hindi/English)
Salary & Benefits
- ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month (for experienced candidates)
- ₹18,000 per month (for freshers)
