Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the immigration office.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments for counselors and visa consultants.
- Maintain client records and documentation.
- Handle walk-in inquiries regarding visa and immigration services.
- Coordinate with counselors, processing teams, and management.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage office correspondence and front-desk operations.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of client documents.
- Provide administrative support for daily office activities.
