Job Purpose :
To provide a high standard of Quality Food Service in accordance with maintaining Hygiene in the Kitchen and following Service Ethics.
Job Responsibilities:
Daily Job Activities:
· Carrying out the analysis of the Diet chart for the day as per the patients diet.
· Communicate with nursing staff on a regular basis to understand the diet needs of patients or to incorporate any changes in the food provided to those patients in case a change in diet occurs.
· Setting up side stations to make sure that it is ready for service.
· To maintain Mise en place arrangement for the functioning of cafeteria operations.
· Providing service to patients, customers and staff.
· To maintain inventory on daily basis.
· Maintain a safe, secure and healthy facility and enforcing quality standards.
· Purchasing all miscellaneous supplies and maintaining inventory.
· Cleaning of staff cafeteria and storage areas.
· Assisting Manager for organizing buffet for Orientation Programmes, MBA, CME Annual Celebration, Christmas Celebration etc.,
· Responsible for making sure that washing and cleaning of Food Beverage equipment by housekeeping staff is carried out as per standards.
· Follow Company guidelines regarding grooming, uniform and personal hygiene.
· Attends the regular departmental meeting and training sessions as per schedule.
· Complies with all Company policies, rules regulations. ,
· Answering phone calls and placing order for patients.
