Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT services sales, account management, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to deal closure.
- Manage and achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, CXOs, and enterprise decision-makers.
- Lead client meetings, negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial closures.
- Develop account growth plans and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work closely with delivery, technology, and leadership teams to develop client-focused solutions.
- Mentor and support junior business development team members.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 6–10+ years of experience in IT services business development and sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong experience selling Microsoft technologies and services.
- Experience in enterprise sales, account management, and strategic business development.
- Strong network and ability to engage with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, Directors, and senior business leaders.
- Experience handling domestic and international clients.
- Strong commercial understanding, negotiation skills, and contract management experience.
- Experience in solution selling and consultative sales methodologies.
- Leadership experience managing sales teams will be an advantage.
