Job Summary
The Plant HR & Admin role is responsible for managing all human resource and administrative activities at the manufacturing plant. The role ensures smooth workforce operations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, industrial relations, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, security, housekeeping, transport, and overall plant administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities
- Handle manpower planning and recruitment for plant operations.
- Conduct onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for employees and workers.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
- Manage contract labor and contractor documentation.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Support performance appraisal and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and company HR policies.
- Maintain positive industrial relations and worker engagement.
- Conduct employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Coordinate audits related to HR and compliance.
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage plant administration activities including housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and guest management.
- Supervise facility maintenance and office administration.
- Handle vendor coordination and AMC management.
- Monitor office supplies and asset management.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline within the plant premises.
- Coordinate with EHS/Safety teams for compliance and audits.
- Maintain records related to administration and statutory requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
