We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Office Executive with strong expertise in Advanced Excel. The candidate will be responsible for data management, report preparation and supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administration activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents (both physical and digital).
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Prepare letters, quotations, invoices, and reports as required.
- Collect attendance sheets from all sites.
- Verify attendance and prepare monthly attendance summaries.
- Coordinate with the HR/Payroll department for salary processing.
- Maintain leave, overtime, and absenteeism records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- co -ordination with other department like operations, HR and Acoount.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in MIS/Data Management/Office Administration / HR operation preferred.
- Freshers with strong Advanced Excel skills may also apply.
Salary:
- As per industry standards (based on experience and skills).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
