Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients (homeowners, real estate developers, and commercial spaces)
- Reach out via calls, emails, and social platforms with design service offerings
- Understand client needs (budget, style, space requirements) and qualify leads
- Schedule consultations for designers or sales team
- Maintain and update client details in CRM
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams on campaigns and client follow-ups
