We also develop science parks and build pre-engineered buildings. Additionally, we create viewing galleries for tourism purposes to deliver unique and engaging experiences.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to: Directors / Sales Head
Type: Full-time
ROLE PURPOSE (WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS)
This role exists to support revenue generation and brand visibility for Astrro by executing marketing initiatives, generating and managing leads, and assisting sales closures—so that senior leadership can focus on strategy, partnerships, and growth.
KEY OUTCOMES (WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE)
- Consistently generate and manage qualified leads
- Support conversion through structured follow-ups and coordination
- Execute marketing tasks reliably (content, outreach, campaigns)
- Maintain clean reporting and CRM discipline
- Reduce dependence on directors for routine marketing/sales execution
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Execution
- Assist in executing digital and offline marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, agencies (if required)
- Support content creation (basic drafts, coordination, scheduling)
- Help maintain brand consistency across touchpoints
Sales Support
- Handle inbound and outbound lead follow-ups
- Coordinate proposals, presentations, and client communications
- Maintain lead trackers / CRM with accuracy
- Assist in closing support (documentation, coordination, follow-ups)
Reporting & Discipline
- Maintain daily/weekly activity reports
- Track lead status, follow-up timelines, and outcomes
- Highlight bottlenecks proactively

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (SECONDARY)
- 3 to 5+ years’ experience in marketing/sales support roles

- Less than 3 years of experience / freshers with strong intent and discipline are welcome

Job Details
- Reporting / Office Location: Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru, India
- Work Mode: Full-time | On-site & Field (This is a hands-on role requiring regular coordination with leadership and teams)
- Remuneration (CTC): As per industry standards, commensurate with experience and role fit (High performers will be rewarded appropriately)
- Hiring Status: Hiring immediately
- Experience Level: 3 to 5+ years preferred / 0 to 3 years also considered
- Probation Period: 6 months (with structured onboarding and clear performance expectations)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Reporting Structure: Directors / Sales Leadership
- Industry Exposure: Engineering, manufacturing, astronomy infrastructure projects, tourism projects.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a brief assignment and may undergo a paid trial before final confirmation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
