Job Description
INDSRO Defence & Aerospace Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and research-oriented Research Scientist to contribute to advanced materials and nanotechnology projects. The selected candidate will conduct scientific research, develop innovative materials and support the execution of research and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct the synthesis, testing and characterization of nanomaterials.
- Plan, execute and document laboratory experiments.
- Analyse experimental data and interpret research findings.
- Work with relevant material-characterization techniques.
- Prepare scientific reports, research papers, technical presentations and project documentation.
- Support research project planning, execution and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and external research partners.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and follow prescribed safety and quality procedures.
- Contribute to developing advanced materials for defence and aerospace applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant research or industrial experience.
- Strong knowledge of nanomaterial synthesis and characterization.
- Good scientific writing, technical documentation and data-analysis skills.
- Knowledge of research project planning and management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
