Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven B2B Sales Executive for our sanitary products division. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and channel partners while expanding the company’s market presence and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.

Generate new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.

Promote and sell sanitaryware products including faucets, showers, sinks, accessories, vanities, and related products.

Conduct market visits, client meetings, and product presentations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payment collections.

Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team for smooth order execution.

Ensure proper product display and branding at dealer counters/showrooms.

Prepare sales reports and maintain records of client interactions and market feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in sanitaryware, tiles, bath fittings, pipes, hardware, or building material industry.

Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
Preferred Experience:

Experience in dealer/distributor handling.

Knowledge of sanitaryware or construction material market.

Existing network with architects, builders, or dealers will be an added advantage.
