We are looking for a responsible and energetic Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations of our Nagpal Chole Bhature outlet. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning, high customer satisfaction, strong sales performance, and proper staff management.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Supervise preparation and serving of chole bhature and other items
2. Staff Management
- Hire, train, and supervise staff (cook, helpers, cashier, service staff)
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Maintain discipline and teamwork
3. Sales & Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints
- Work on increasing daily sales and customer footfall
- Maintain quick service during peak hours
4. Inventory & Cost Control
- Manage raw material stock (chole, flour, oil, spices, etc.)
- Coordinate with suppliers and control wastage
- Maintain daily expense and purchase records
5. Cash & Reporting
- Handle daily cash flow and billing
- Maintain sales reports and submit to owner
- Ensure no pilferage or cash mismatch
