Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining service standards across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall property operations.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams.
- Ensure smooth guest experience and service quality.
- Handle guest concerns and operational issues.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, and property performance.
- Train and guide staff to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hotel operations experience.
- Front Office background preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to independently manage hotel operations.
Preferred Profile
Candidates currently working as Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, Operations Manager, or Property Manager in hotels or resorts.
