Job Title: Truck Dispatch (Night Shift)

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the company database.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other team members to streamline operations.
- Must have a dispatch experience
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Availability to work night shifts.
Salary:
INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month
