We are hiring Hindi-speaking executives for SaaSGOLD, a fast-growing jewellery SaaS software company.
Role includes:
- Giving software demos in Hindi
- Handling North India customer calls
- Customer support through phone & WhatsApp
- Explaining mobile app and software features
- Following up with leads and onboarding customers
Requirements:
- Good Hindi communication
- Basic English understanding
- Computer knowledge
- Experience in telecalling/customer support/sales preferred
- Freshers with good communication can also apply
