Job Title: Junior Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote assistance.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and application-related issues.
- Log and track support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer support.
Requirements
- Fresher with an IT background (B.Sc. IT, BCA, Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
