Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Hyderabad & Onsite (Middle East)
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end implementation experience, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to lead SCM transformation projects across global engagements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.

Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.

Configure and implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules based on business processes.
-
Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design, CRP, SIT, UAT, Training, and Go-Live activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical consultants.

Provide functional guidance during integrations, data migration, and reporting activities.
-
Mentor junior consultants and support project governance and stakeholder management.
-
Ensure successful project delivery while adhering to Oracle implementation best practices.
Required Skills

10+ years of Oracle ERP consulting experience with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.

Hands-on experience in multiple Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.

Experience with SCM business processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

Knowledge of FBDI, ADFDI, Spreadsheet Uploads, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Experience working with BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence.

Strong understanding of security, approvals, workflows, and data migration.

Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Certification.

Experience in Middle East implementation projects.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies (OUM/AIM).

Experience working in global delivery and onsite-offshore engagement models.
