About the Role We are looking for an experienced Plasma Machine Programmer to operate and program our ProArc 125 CNC Plasma Cutting Machine. The candidate will be responsible for preparing cutting programs, optimizing nesting layouts, and ensuring precision in heavy fabrication projects. Key Responsibilities Program and operate ProArc 125 CNC Plasma Cutting Machine. Prepare cutting plans and optimize material usage. Read and interpret fabrication drawings (steel structures, gratings, railings, industrial fabrication). Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with fabrication standards. Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow. Maintain records of cutting programs and production output. Candidate Requirements Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent. 2–5 years of experience in CNC Plasma Cutting Machine programming (ProArc preferred). Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and nesting techniques. Ability to read fabrication drawings and technical specifications. Detail‑oriented with focus on accuracy and material optimization. Preferred Skills Experience in heavy fabrication, steel structures, gratings, railings, and industrial fabrication. Knowledge of welding, cutting processes, and fabrication shop practices.
