Position: AR Caller

Shift: Night Shift
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
- Make outbound calls to insurance providers to check claim status.
- Identify claim denials, rejections, and payment issues.
- Verify claim details and insurance information.
- Take appropriate action to resolve unpaid or pending claims.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-up activities.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with the internal billing team to resolve claim-related issues.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and medical billing.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.

AR Analyst – Job Description
Position: AR Analyst
Department: US Healthcare / Medical Billing
Experience: 1–3 years
Shift: Night Shift
Responsibilities:
- Analyze outstanding accounts receivable and unpaid claims.
- Review claim status and identify reasons for non-payment.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending and denied claims.
- Work on claim denials, rejections, underpayments, and payment discrepancies.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and take appropriate action for claim resolution.
- Identify trends in denials and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update claim status.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Coordinate with the billing and payment posting teams to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and medical billing.
- Experience in AR calling and denial management preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
Pay: ₹8,529.16 - ₹30,879.07 per month
