The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Demonstrate products effectively and provide accurate information.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams for smooth operations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and generate referrals.
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail sales (Jewellery industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional certification in sales or customer service will be an added advantage.
