We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee ongoing infrastructure and highway-related work at our Guwahati project site. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, supervising labor teams, coordinating material movement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per project requirements and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers
- Monitor material usage and maintain site records
- Ensure safety protocols and site discipline are followed
- Report daily progress to management
- Handle basic site documentation and issue reporting
- Ensure proper quality control during execution
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, or highway projects preferred
- Ability to manage labor and on-site execution efficiently
- Basic understanding of construction materials and site operations
- Willingness to work on-site in Guwahati
Qualification:
Diploma / Graduate preferred
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)
