About the Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be the face of Evol’s in-store experience — guiding clients through high-touch, meaningful purchase journeys. This role blends relationship-building with results, and requires both emotional intelligence and operational sharpness. You’ll play a critical role in anchoring store performance, mentoring junior team members, and delivering a customer experience that’s elegant, personal, and precise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions with clarity, empathy, and confidence — understanding needs and guiding them through collections with nuance and care
- Handle high-value transactions and bespoke requests — offering tailored recommendations rooted in both product knowledge and customer context
- Build long-term relationships with clients through thoughtful follow-ups, milestone-based gifting, and occasion-led outreach
- Collaborate closely with the store manager and marketing team for key in-store activations, launches, and trunk shows
- Train and mentor junior sales executives — offering feedback, guidance, and real-time coaching
- Assist in back-end operations such as billing supervision, high-ticket order processing, and customer service escalations
- Ensure visual merchandising, product displays, and store readiness meet brand standards at all times
- Support stock reviews, inventory reporting, and daily reconciliation alongside operations staff
- Work with discretion, attention to detail, and brand-aligned communication in all customer and internal interactions
Requirements
- 4–6 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in jewellery, watches, fashion, or high-end lifestyle
- Proven ability to close high-value sales with sensitivity and polish
- Strong communication and storytelling skills — fluency in English and Telugu is required; Hindi is a plus
- Deep product knowledge or willingness to master gemstones, gold purity, lab-grown diamonds, and customization workflows
- Comfortable mentoring younger team members while working independently under pressure
- Familiar with POS systems, clienteling tools, and basic reporting formats
- High standards of personal grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons (weekday off will be assigned)
