Job Position : Senior BIM MEP Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled BIM MEP Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in delivering high-quality MEP BIM models for **Indian, US, and UK projects**. The candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in BIM tools and a solid understanding of MEP systems, coordination, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1.Develop and manage detailed **MEP BIM models** using Revit MEP
2. Prepare **shop drawings, construction drawings, and coordinated models*
3.* Perform **clash detection and coordination** using Navisworks
4.Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams
5*.Ensure compliance with **BIM standards, project requirements, and international codes (US/UK/India)** *
6. Extract **BOQs, schedules, and reports** from BIM models
7.Maintain model accuracy and ensure timely delivery
8.Resolve design and coordination issues proactively
Required Skills & Software Expertise
* Revit MEP* Revit (basic coordination knowledge)*
AutoCAD*
Navisworks (Clash Detection & Coordination)
Strong understanding of *MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting)** Knowledge of **BIM standards, LOD, and workflows*
* Experience in **Indian, US, and UK projects**
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience & Qualifications
4–5 years of relevant experience in BIM MEP Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field International project experience (US/UK) preferred
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
